YACHTER FINISHES 11th TORQUAY, England (UPI)Glen Foster. president of the United States Finn Class Yachting finished 11th Tuesday in the third heat of the Gold Cup races. Foster, a member of the wanaka Corinthian Yacht Club at Oyster Bay, N.Y., is in 16th place after competing in three of the seven races for the trophy. The Gold Cup is generally regarded as the world championship for the Finn Class. i 4559, Veterans of Foreign Wars, will hold the annual Post Mardi Gras at Bland Park this year during the week of June 27 to July 3, it was announced today. This will be an inovation for the overseas veterans organization as: the event in the past had been held at the VFW lot on Tenth st. Because of the proximity of the Bland Park and the varlety or rides at the Park, it decided to hold It there this year. The rides. food concessions and bingo stands will all be operated in cooperation with the order to make It the most successful Mardi Gras yet held.

Tickets are already on sale at the Post home and in'a number of local stores. A strip of twenty tickets are on sale for $1, and may be used for rides, food or bingo. Diesel Derails While On Bridge HOUSTON, Pa.
