Wednesda November 10,1999 NEIGHBOR Section F3: ENTERTAINMENT Marvin's Room' to start run Saturday night "Marvin's Room" will be presented at 8 p.m. Saturday, Sunday and Nov. 19, 20, 26 and 27 as the second production of the 26th season at the Albright Theater Company, State and Van Buren streets, Batavia. Matinee shows will be done at 2 p.m. Nov.

21 and 28. The play, which won the 1992 New York Drama Desk Award for best play, looks at the human spirit in the face of death. Heroine Bessie (Barb Alexander) has her hands full looking after her disabled aunt, Ruth (Melissa Auer), and trying to keep her bedridden father, Marvin, from swallowing Yahtzee dice. But when she is diagnosed with leukemia, it is Bessie who has to learn to depend on others namely, her sister Lee (Maureen Morley) and arsonist nephew Hank (Zack Robinson). Also in the cast is Rich Kropp as Dr.

Wally; Ted-Ranney as Bob; Ellen Lind as Dr. Charlotte; David Konie as Charlie; and Lori Holm as the retirement home director. Tickets are $10 for adults and $7 for students and seniors.
