Queen to Have Child in 'No Fuss' Way By MARGARET SAV1LLE LONDON (UP!) -- Queen Elizabeth will have her third child, expected during the next few days, in the same "natural, no fuss" manner as do thousands of other British mothers who enter maternity hospitals under the National Health Service. There will be one d'ffer- cnce. She will have the child at Buckingham Palace. But! the obstetrician in attendance! will be a man who almost dnily delivers babies to nonpaying patients at several London hospital clinics. He is Mr. John Peel (surgeons a r e called "Mr." in British medicine), 54-year-old chief obstetrician and gynecologist at K i n g s College Hospital, South London, and a firm believer that children should be delivered as God intended, without gimmicks. Peel is known for treating every patient with the same firmness and interest. Eat s e n s i b l y and lightly, and not too many sweets. Queen Elizabeth has not had to change her diet much during her pregnancy. ''Following the Peel formula the Queen has not done any prenatal exercises to improve her muscular control or preserve her figure afterward. Peel does not consider these necessary for his patients if they follow his other health rules. "Natural childbirth" m a y be described as Peel's formula. He does not employ hypnotism or other unusual techniques, and resorts to a caoparcan operation or de livery with Instruments only in the utmost emergency.
