Especially if the steak and lobster are prepared by Frank Pagay, master chef at AI Hendlin's handsome Coral Room restaurant, 4130 Paramount Blvd. at E. Carson Street. Frank's combination includes an eight-ounce, char- broiled sirloin served with an eight-ounce lobster. Both are top quality items. The $3.95 price includes chilled relish tray, large salad wth choice of dressing, baked potato with cheese sauce, bread and butter and beverage. Also served on this dinner a r e Tournadoes of Beef, $2.95, small filets sauteed deleclably with pineapple and rice; wonderful sweet-and sour barbecued spareribs, $2.75, and a variety of broiled steaks, priced from $2.95 to 54.50. A MAN OF diversified interests and ideas, host Hendlin is currently impressing his patrons by offering superb, pampered prime rib au jus for $1.95 on Sunday a n d Monday evenings only. Served buffet style, this includes a generous slice of beef, choice of 10 fresh delicious salads, potato or rice and bread and butter. A former professional entertainer, Hendlin has many years of experience in t h e show business and restaurant fields. The Coral Room displays numerous decorative touches which he conceived, including a large stone fireplace, waterfall and good- looking banquet room. Nightly, except Sunday, there is entertainment f r o m 8:45 o'clock on by The Great Cetani, a musician with endless comedy routines.
