Collins then ordered Nielsen to appear for sentencing at 9 a.m. March 15. The plea was entered alter defense attorneys, S. Jeffrey Minker and Ralph Seefeldt made no objection to a motion from Deputy County Atty. Lars Pederson to change the charge against Nielson from an open charge of murder to murder in the first degree.
