24 Several New State Parks Proposed T U C S O N D A I L Y C I T I Z E N PHOENIX (AP)-The Arizona Parks Board today announced proposals for several new state parks, some of which could be activated "almost immediately." Youth Sentenced On Drug Count A California youth who admitted smuggling 216 pounds of marijuana into the country last April was given an indefinite prison term yesterday. Roland J. Dallas, 20, of Anaheim, was sentenced under the Youth Corrections Act by Federal Judge James A. Walsh. Dallas, under the sentence, could serve a maximum term of six years.
