Top Oil Executives Called in Price-Fixing Trial TULSA, Okla. feaqral government completed the'introduction of the bulk of.'its documents in the price- fixing trial of 29 major U. S. oil companies .then announced poenaed a number of top oil executives to appear Monday for testimony. ;Chief government prosecutor, Joseph E. McDowell said hi was undecided about summoning Monroe J. Rathbonc, president of the Standard Oil Co., N. J., considered by many to be the number one man in the government's case.
