After the baby was born, Joe decided he wanted us after all. We went back together, but before we could get married, _I was pregnant again. He couldn't cope with the responsibility of two babies and took off. Then I started going with Dan, whom I'd known for years. Aren't there still places left for us who love makeup and looking pretty, who take pride in being thin, unathletic and dainty, who want men to be superior? -Forever Fern Dear Fern: A "living doll" to one boy is deadly dull to another. Your ex evidently wanted more companionship than a forever- fern type could give him; but keep looking. The mind-staggering is destined to continue, even though CBS has announced a major shuffle In its mid-morning and afternoon schedule. The network's daytime lineup now consists of eight soap operas, three game shows and one-talk-variety program. The new look at CBS, starling March 6, will give 'daytime viewers two new game shows -- "The $10,000 Pyramid" and "Hollywood's Talking" -- and a oap opera, "The Young and he Restless." Those being shown the door are two soap operas, "Where he Heart Is," wnich began in September 1969, and "Love Is a Many-Splendored Things," born on Sept. 18, 1967.
