Algeria Chief Pushes Own Socialism Brand ALGIERS (UPI-Prraiier Ahmed ben Bella proclaimed his determination to drive ahead with his ou-n brand of wxrialism in Algeria Wednesday and said he would never let A I g e r i a's cooperation agreements with France stand in its way. "We are not Marxists, but if the Russians did not exist they would have'to be invented, because in front of us stands capitalism," the Algerian premier said.
