The bride is the daughter of Mrs. Elmo E. Baker, 460 E. 57th St., and Leonard Gripp. Mr. and Mrs. Ferald Sutherlin, 6031 Lemon Ave., are parents of the bridegroom. For her wedding, the bride selected an empire gown of silk faced peau-de-soie accented by a fitted bodice of jeweled lace. A detachable chapel-length t r a i n complemented the slim sheath skirt. Her cathedral-length veil was caught by a jeweled lace crown. Members of the bridal entourage included: Mrs. Gary Sutherlin, matron of honor; Sue I n 1 o w, Mmes. Tim Holbrook, Terry Humphries, Howard Woodruff, bridesmaids; and Caron Schuster, flower girl. Gary Sutherlin was his brother's best man. Ushers were Bob Hoffman, Terry Humphries, Donn King and Dennis Merzei; Kent Bickell carried the rings to the altar. After a church reception the newlyweds departed on a trip to Northern California.
