Davies' Funeral Planned Tuesday HOT SPRINGS, Ark. (AP) -Graveside services are to be held here Tuesday morning for Fulham Fairchild "Ki" Davies, a former Little Rock stockbroker, who died Friday at Plant City, Fla., at the age of 82. In 1923, Davies opened the Little Rock office of Fenner and Beane, whicli is now Merrill. Lynch, Pierce, Fenner and Smith. Davies' grandfather, Anthony Harpm Davies, was a pioneer Arkansan -- a Lake Village plantation owner, president of the First Arkansas Bank and a member of the Territorial Convention and the first Arkansas General Assembly. His father incorporated the city of Hot Springs and served a's its first city attorney. Holds 10 Persons Urban Skyscraper Rescue Net Designed NEW ORLEANS (AP) -- The nation's first urban skycraper rescue net will be in service icre soon. Designed by Billy Pugh of Corpus Christi, Tex., the 38- pound net is designed to be stored on the roofs of tall buildings which are unreachable by ladder from the ground.
