MONDAY, MAY 15, 1967 T U C S O N D A I L Y C I T I Z E N Fewer Jobs On Highways For Youths PHOENIX (AP) -- Many college students who have depehd- ed on the Arizona Highway Department for summer jobs will have to look elsewhere this year. Justin Herman, director of the department said the summer work program would have to be cut to about 50 per cent because of the budget. Herman said he was making the announcement so student would have time to find other employment. · The program has been respon sible for 300 to 350 summer job for the youngsters.
