Vary the flavor each time you make it by choosing a tliffercut junior Fruit (mm the wide selection of baby footls at you; ,uarkct. Serve it plain or with any of the fresh low-caloric summer fruits. Fruit Chiffon 1 envelope unflavorcd gelatine 6 tbs. lemon juice, % cup sugar, divided divided Vi cup walcr - V4 cup ice water 1 container (about I cup) /2 cup instant non- Junior Truit (any variety) fat dry milk Combine unflavorcd gelatine and A cup of the sugnr in saucepan; add water. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until gelatine dissolves. Remove from heat; stir in fruit and 4 tablespoons of the lemon juice. Chili, stirring occasionally, until mixture is the consistency of unbeaten egg white. While mixture is chilling, pour ice water into mixing bowl; add instant non-fat dry milk. Beat until soft peaks form (3 to 4 minutes). Add remaining 2 (ablcsjxnins lemon juice. Continue beating until firm peaks form (3 to 4 minutes longer). Gradually add remaining Vi cup sugar.
