Maybe, but not if you lived in this Tennessee town near Nashville where Silver, a precocious year-old French poodle, spends his days bree/ing through traffic atop his master Sidney Bra/ier's car. The canine acrobat has been doing his outdoor act for nine months now without a spill except for a single slippery try on a hardtop. Only nasty weather lures him inside the car. Then, curiously, he huddles near the heater. · Silver barks his annoyance at hecklers who try to temp! him off his lofty perch.
