Then three men had been appointed by the court to tabulate the bids and make a recommendation to the court The new building will house the County Welfare, State Welfare. Red Cross, and Veteran's Administration offices. Also incorporated into the plans will b* space for whit* and colored rest rooms, a utility room, and field office space. There will be a carport entrance on the •hell driveway leading to the building. Th* one-story structure will b* 4t faat by TO feet, and will b* constructed of hollow tile OB * reinforced concrete slab, with * reinforced concrete roof, and will be faced with brick. The design calls for two wings divided by * corridor, and the building wilt have central heating and air conditioning. Th* ftontreet call for 120 cal •ndar days for the work to be finished.
