Laurel Valley Indiana Gazette Band Fest, Thursday, October 24, 2002 — 5 Members of the Laurel Valley Band are, from left: Row 1: Nicole Wolfgang, director; Jim OLmstead, assistant director. The Laurel Valley High School Marching Band will be presenting "Rockin' in the Valley" during Saturday's Band Fest. Musical selections will include "Great Balls of Fire," "Dude, Looks Like a lady," and "Carry On My Wayward Son." Nicole Wolfgang is the director of the Laurel Valley band. Assis- tant director is Jim Olmstead. Majorette instructor is Pam Strong and silk instructor is Becky Roddy. Students leaders of the band are Christopher McAllister, drum major; Brianna Marabito and Kristy Lambie, majorette co-captains; and Sara Gruss and Cassandra Black, silk co-captains.
