Valerie Irene is a member of Phrateres and revealed her engagement in a Phrateres candle-passing ceremony. Mr. and Mrs. George L. Willis, 1717 E. Speedway Blvd., are parents of the prospective bridegroom who was graduated from Jesuit High School in Dallas.
