anqlo-qaelic TWA Star Stream Jet Will Fly an I, P-T Newspaper Boy To Europe For a Twelve-Day Tour On April 8th a fortunate newspaperbpy. fran Metropolitan Long Beach will ily over the Atlantic, hound for Ireland, Scotland and England. As winner of the Young Columbus X "Anglo- Gaelic Adventure" contest sponsored by the Independent, Press-Telegram and Parade, he'll board a TWA StarStream airliner headed for twelve never-to-be- forgotten days touring Ireland, Scotland and England. After arriving at the Shannon airport, he will head for fahled Killarney, County Kerry, renowned by the poets as one of the most hcautiful spots in all the Emerald Isle. In addition to enjoying the wondrous lakes of Killarney, he will,travel, partly by jaunting cart, through the famous 10,000-acre Muckross National Park. he will meet our American ambassador to Ireland and the lord mayor of Dublin. The group will stop at the village of Blarney and climb the Blarney Castle. From Dublin he will go to Scotland. From Scotland the Young Columbus will travel to London and to the Shakespearean country, for a v i s i t to Stratford-on-Avon. Other highlights will include visits to Warwick Castle, Hampton Court, Buckingham Palace and Tower of London. After a farewell dinner on Tuesday, April 19th, the chartered TWA StarStream jet will fly him back to New York for an early arrival on Wednesday, the 20th of April. . ; ' You can make it possible for your newspaperboy to be on it.
