Goff-Allison Wedding Vows at Lawrence Plymouth Congregational Church, Lawrence, was the setting March 17 for the exchange of wedding between Kathie Lynn Goff, Shawnee, and David G. Allison, Merriam. She the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ray H.

Goff, Shawnee. He is the son of Mrs. Harry Allison and the late Mr. Allison, 410 Central. The Rev.

Homer Henderson and the Rev. Arden Dorn officiated at the ceremony. Mary Lou Roberts was organist. The bride wore a floor-length A-line gown of quiana, with a scalloped neckline and shortsleeves. A juliette headpiece held her veil.

She carried stephanotis and white sweetheart roses. The maid honor was Dottie Miller, Lawrence. Bridesmaids were Robin Bedlington, Washington, D.C.; and two sisters of the bride, Jody Washburn, Denver, and Audrey McGill, Kansas City, Mo. They wore emerald floorlength gowns and carried single long-stemmed white roses. Lyle Young, Lawrence, served as best man.

Groomsman was Dewayne Edwards, Kansas City, Mo. Ushers were Harry W. Allison and B. G. Allison, Indianapolis, of the bridegroom.

Serving at the reception at the Eldridge House, Lawrence, were Bonnie Kilgore, niece of the bride from Denver; Carmen and Sabrina Allison, the bridegroom's nieces from Leavenwortn; and Ben Sell and Mark Hein from Kansas City, Mo. Brenda Rosenbaum, Kansas City, was at the gift table. Theresa Andrus, Leavenworth, was at the guest book. After a wedding trip to San Francisco, the couple is at home in Merriam. Virgil Plummer, Louisville, Ky. Miss Kolb is a graduate of Leavenworth High School. She is a junior at Kansas State University, majoring in engineering. She is working for Caterpillar Tractor Peoria, in a co-op program and will transfer to Bradley University at Peoria, after the wedding. Mr.

Plummer is a 1974 graduate of Purdue University with a B.S. degree in mechanical engineering. He is also employed by Caterpillar Tractor Co. The couple plans to be married May 29. Kathryn Flory and Dennis Stebbins exchanged marriage vows the evening of Feb.

The mother of the bride wore a full-length pink gown. The mother of the bridegroom chose a floor-length gown of green and flowered crepe. Best man was Jim Yost, Perry, brother-in-law of the groom. Ring-bearer was Brett Moss, cousin of the bride. Brett was dressed in a burgundy suit and pink shirt identical to the best man.

All the men in the wedding party wore western boots. The rings were carried on a family heirloom Bible, given to the bride by her greatgrandmother, Nellie Bly Downing and her grandfather, Elmer Downing. It was originally a gift to Elijah and Josephine Downing when thev were married at Pineville, on October 12, 1873. The bride was escorted by her father, who was dressed in the western tradition. She was in marriage by her parents.

The bride wore an ivory quiana gown with long sleeves and a matching overlay circling the empire waistline. A large ruffle encircled the bottom of the skirt. The gown featured a deep -neckline etched in lace, enhanced by a single strand of pearls.
