Mrs. Barstow was a retired manager of the Cinnaminson branch of the Bank of New Jersey, now Chemical Bank. She was a Red Cross volunteer and a Palmyra Borough election worker. She belonged to the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary and the Palmyra Republican Club. She also belonged to Christ Episcopal Church, River-ton, where she taught Sunday school for many years. She was the widow of Elmer B. Barstow. Survivors: a son, Arthur B. of Hainesport; a daughter, Nancy C. Henkle of Hainesport; two grandchildren; a brother, James R. Stevenson of Dubois, Pa., and a sister, Mary Ann Stevenson of Archibald, Ohio.
