On reading the bill of complaint in this cause, from which it appears that the defendants hereto nave some apparent interest to the premises described in said bill of complaint, which interest said plaintiif avers to be barred by the adverse possession of said plaintiff and more than fifteen years having elapsed since said interest accrued to said defendants, and that the plaintiff has been unable, after diligent search and inquiry to ascertain whether or not certain of the said defendants, their unknown heirs, devisees, legatees or assigns are dead, or to learn their whereabouts, if living; Therefore, on motion of Shirley Stewart, Attorney for plaintiff, it is ordered that said defendants enter their appearance in said cause on or before three months from the date of this order, and that within twenty days the plaintiff cause this order to be published in the'Yale Expositor; said publication to be continued once in each week for six weeks in succession. Andreae, Executor, praying that he may be authorized and licensed to sell certain real estate belonging to the estate of the said Henry Short, Deceased; It is ordered that Monday, the lpth day of May next, at nine o'clock In the forenoon, at said Probate Office, be appointed for hearing such petition, and that all persons interested in said estate appear before said Court, at said time and pla to show cause why a license should not be granted to said executor to sell real estate as prayed for in said petition. Cork, having filed with this Court his petition Dravincr that William Cork or some other suitable person be appointed ad ministrator of said estate; It is ordered that Monday, th 17th day of May next, at 9:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at sai Probate Office, be appointed for hearing thereof: And it is further ordered, that a copy of this order be published three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing in the Yale- Expositor, a newspaper printed and circulating in said County of St. Clair.

BROWN 4-4 Judge of Probate Subscribe for the Expositor MORTGAGE SALE Whereas, default has been made in the payment of the interest upon the money secured by a mortgage dated August 3rd, A.D. 1917, executed by Daniel Shanahan and Katheyn Shanahan, his wife, of St. Clair county, Michigan, to Charles I. Hannccke, of St.

Clair county, Michigan, which said mortgage was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of the said coun ty of St. Clair, in Liber 114 of Mortgages, on page 372, August 4th, A. D. 1917, at half past ten clock in the forenoon, and a Mortgage Recording Tax of twen ty dollars ($20.00) having on Aug- st 4th, A.D. 1917, been paid there on to the Treasurer of said St.

Clair county, and the hitter's cer tificate of computation and pay ment having been on that date ndorscd on said mortgage, and, Whereas, the said Charles F. Han- ecke subsequently died testate in said St. Clair county where he resided at the time of his decease, and his will has been duly allow ed and admitted to Probate in the Probate Court for said county of St. Clair, and, Whereas. Blanche Hannccke has been duly appointed Executrix of the last will and testament of said Charles F.

Han-necke, deceased, and she has duly qualified as such, and letters tes- imentary were on, to-wif, the 8th ay of March, A. D. 1920, duly is sued to said Blanche Hannccke, executrix of said will from said 'robatc Court; And, Whereas, it is covenanted said mortgage that if said mort gagors make default in the payment of principal, interest, taxes or insurance premiums, or any part thereof, when the same are due, and should the same, or any part thereof remain unpaid for a period of thirty (30) days, then the principal, with all arrearages 01 interest, taxes and insurance premiums shall, at the option of the mortgagee, his legal representatives and -assigns, become payable immediately thereafter, although the period limited therein for the payment thereof shall not then have expired, anything con tained in said mortgage to the con trary thereof in any wise notwith- tanding, and more than thirty (30) days having elapsed since the interest on said mortgage became due and payable, and the said Blanche Hannccke, executrix of the last will and testament of Charles F. Hannecke, deceased, having exercised the option to declare, and has declared the principal, interest and insurance premiums to be payable immediately, and whereas, the amount claimed to be due on said mortgage at the date of this notice is the sum of Forty-four hundred and twenty-five and 11-100 Dollars principal and interest and the further sum of Thirty-five dollars as an attorney fee stipulated for in said mortirajre. and which is the whole amount claimed to be unpaid on said mortgage at the date hereof and no suit or proceeding having been institut ed at law to recover the debt now remaining secured by said mort gage, or any part thereof, and whereby the Power of Sale con tained in said mortgage has be come operative.

Now, therefore, Notice is here by given that by virtue of the said power of sale in said mortgage contained, and in pursuance of the statute in such case made and pro vided, the said mortgage will be foreclosed by a sale of the premis es therein described at public auc tion to the highest bidder at the front door of the Court House, in the City of Port Huron, in said county of St. Clair, that being the place where the Circuit Court for the said county of St. Clair is held, on Monday, the 19th day of July, A. D. 1920, at ten o'clock in the forenoon of that day, and which said premises are described in said mortgage as follows, to-wit: Situate and being in the township of St.

Clair, county of St. Clair and state of Michigan and describ ed as the south half (V2) of the northwest quarter (yi) of section six (6). in town five (5) north range sixteen (16) east, contain ing eisrhtv (80) acres of land more or less, according to gov ernment survey.
