F. Gordcn Derr Bans Obscene Records WASHINGTON, May 15 (UP). The House today passed a bill to ban interstate shipment of obscene recordings. The bill, already passed by the Senate, must be returned to the upper chamber for concurrence Mrs. LouisvH.

Amanda Gilbert Bisbing, who died last Wednesday in Boston, will be buried today beside the body of husband, Mulford Bisbing, in Na- tional Cemetery here, after serv-1 ices at 2 P. M. at the H. M. Barrett funeral establishment, 1323 W.

Campus, Easton, died today after a long illness. She was 92. Mrs. E.aton was the mother of Prof. Paul B.

Eaton, head of the department of mechanical engineering at Lafayette Collage. Her husband, Herbert H. Eaton, died 24 years ago. She is survived by two other sons, Fred C. Eaton, and Leon S.

Eaton, of Manila, P. I. Funeral services will be private. Burial will be in Dunmore, Cemetery. Mrs.

NathanNeff Mrs. Esther NefT, of 5208 Sansom widow of Nathan Neff. died yes- terday in Ambler. She was 77. Mrs.

Neff, active in Jewish welfare work, was a member of Neziner Congregation. She is survived by three sons, Myer, Joseph and Harry, and three daughters, Mrs. Fannie Cramer, Mrs. Rose Margolia and Mrs. Lena Waldman.
