Freed, a Glen-side funeral director who was killed Wednesday1 when his private plane crashed on a farm in Lower Gwyn-edd Township, will be held at 10:30 a.m. today in his funeral home at 124 N. Easton Rd. Mr. Freed, 43, had been a funeral director in Glenside more than 20 years.

He lived at 2323 Rosemore Ave. Mr. Freed was a graduate of Ab-ington High School and attended Temple University. He was a graduate of Eckles College of Mortuary Science. He was a past president of the Glenside Kiwanis Club and a member of the Glenside Chamber of Commerce.

Nazzareno Funari, 77 newsmen, who were allowed mansion in Memphis for the tional funeral directors associations, the Flying Funeral Directors Association and the Airplane Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA). He was a past president of the Parent-Teacher Association of the Glen-side-Weldon School and the adviser of a youth group of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Glenside. He was a member and trustee of the United Methodist Church of Glenside. Mr.

Freed was a member of the Delmont Radio Club and was a second lieutenant in the Army Reserves. Surviving are his wife, the former Beverly Thies; a son, John R. two daughters, Susan and Tracy, and two sisters, Virginia Brunner and Jean Pierson. Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery. zens Band, now known as the St.

Michael's Band, and was a member of St. Anthony's Club and the Loyal Order of Moose in Paulsboro, N. J. He is survived by his wife, the former Jennie E. Maguzu; two sons, Joseph and Frank; a daughter, Mrs.

Mary P. Silvestro; two brothers and nine grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered Monday at 8 p.m. at St. Mir chad's Church in Gibbstown.

Magdalena Lucas Magdalena Lucas, 80, who with her late husband operated a beer and soda distributorship, died Monday at her home, 249 Grange Ave. The couple retired in 1957. Surviving are a son, Fred a daughter, Mrs. Madge Comly; a sister, five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Services will be held at 10:30 a.m.

B. Crampton Dr. Roland B. Crampton, 56, a dentist, died Thursday in an automobile accident. He lived at 8041 Buist Ave.

Dr. Crampton had an office at 5939 Chestnut St. and was associated with Dr. M. Davis Associates, 1231 Market He was a member of the Philadelphia Dental Society and Omega Psi Phi Fraternity.

Dr. Crampton was, a 1942 graduate of Lincoln University and a 1947 graduated of Howard University Dental School. He served as a captain in the Army. Surviving are his wife, the former Jeanne Stone, a son, Roland B. a daughter, Joyce Dutch, a stepson, Robert Golden, four grandchildren, and a sister and brother.

James T. Durningr James T. Durning, 57, an architect died Thursday at Fitzgerald Mercy Hospital, Darby. He lived at Castle-rock his home on Walnut Road, Newtown Square. Mr.

Durning was employed by Gil bert Associates in Reading, Pa. Several years ago he owned and oper ated his own contruction company in Newtown Square. Nazzareno Funari, 77, a grocery owner, died Thursday at his home, 422 West Broad Gibbstown, N. J.

Mr. Funari, a native of Italy, began die store in the basement of his house in 1922 and made door-to-door deliveries. He built his first grocery in .1937 and in 1952 replaced it with the Broadway Supermarket at Broad and Walnut Streets in Gibbstown. He also worked as a pump house operator for the E. I.

du Pont Co. in Gibbstown for 43 years until his retirement in 1965. He was one of the founders of the Italian-American Citi- Deaths elsewhere Ernst Dutzmann, 82, a rocket engineer who helped develop the German V-2 missile in World War II and later worked on the U. S. rocket program, died Tuesday in Detroit.

Mr. Dutzmann worked with rocket pioneer Werner von Braun testing the V-2 at Peenemunde, Germany. He later became chief inspector at the underground missile assembly plant at Nordhausen, Germany, built largely by forced labor. At the end of the war Mr. Dutzmann was taken prisoner by U.S.

forces and- eventually emigrated to the where he became a naturalized citizen and worked with von Braun in refining guidance systems for the Redstone, the first-Western ballistic missile. Relief funds sent to help put this flood-ravaged community back together are tearing the city's; political leaders apart instead. The money, donated by other cities, charitable organizations and private donors, was welcomed to help recovery from a July 20 flood that killed at least 77 people.

2 youths rob Police captured a 16-year-old suspect yesterday after a cashier at Gimbels 69th Street Store was robbed at gunpoint of about $2,000. Upper Darby police said two youths armed with pistols entered the store at 69th and Walnut Streets shortly after 6 p.m. and robbed the cashier. Store security personnel were ikrted and suspects were eteised to a parking area, where one split over flood aid But when the City Council voted to spend $100,000 of the money to replace sewer-cleaning equipment, the Cambria County community's good fortune became a source of trouble. "We decided that Johnstown itself was a victim of the flood and what we're trying to do is get free-flowing water in the city again," said Rita Clark, a council member.
