"Babes in Toyland," intended for the children, will run Dec. 26, 27 and 28. The Art Museum of Widener College, Chester, will present a lecture by Ephraim Weinberg, dean of the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, on "the Arts in Higher Education" at 9 a.m. Monday. Sat.
