The Garza Brothers, also known as the "Living Statues," are a slow-motion acrobatic balancing troupe who do their work with their bodies painted solid silver. The three brothers slowly assume statue-like formations silhouetted by a center spotlight. From these positions, they move into their acrobatic balancing positions. In one such position, for example, the gymnasts gradually form a human pyramid, with the man at the top slowly moving into a full, arched handstand.

"Throughout the act, we display a combination of grace, beauty, strength and athletic discipline found in the precise, formal and elaborate movement of ballet, and reminiscent of the marble sculptures that celebrated the human form in ancient Greece," said Mario Garza, one of the brothers. The other brothers are Everardo and Oscar. Other entertainers highlighted in "City Lites" include "Miss City Lites" Cindy Cook, the featured female singer; Doug Gardiner, the male featured singer; Teresa Foy, ice skating soloist, and Jack Campbell and Rulona Rolland, the adagio ice skating team who won the 1982 world professional ice skating pairs championship in Spain. Also featured in "City Lites" are two other specialty acts, which feature illusions, acrobatic feats and humor. "City Lites" was conceived and directed by George Arnold and Bill Moore.

It was staged and choreographed by Ron Meren. The show plays twice nightly in the Flamingo Showroom. The 7:45 p.m. dinner show is priced from the 11 p.m. cocktail show is $10.95, including two drinks.
