CHECKING OUT a new health facility, John Franco, 5, looks around the dental-care portion of Kensington Hospital's Ambulatory Care Apartments in Germantown. Mrs. Ulitsky retired in 196S, after operating the food store for 48 years. It was located at 47S2 N. 11th Logan.

She was a founder of Congregation Beth Sholom and its sisterhood and was a member of B'nai B'rith and the Women's American O.R.T. Mrs. Ulitsky had been active at the Uptown Home for the Aged, and the Jewish Theological Seminary and was a member of the Women's Synagogue League. Surviving are a son, Dr. Abe, three daughters, Claire Paclin, Esther Lubin and Sylvia Davidson, a sister, four grandchildren and four greatgrandchildren.

Services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Joseph Levine and Son Memorial Chapel, 7112 N. Broad St. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park. Irving M.

Schepp Irving M. Schepp, 76, a retired electrician, died Saturday at Albert Einstein Medical Center, Northern Division. He lved at 7801 Algon Ave. Mr. Schepp was a member of Congregation Adath Jeshurun and was past president of its men's club.

He was also a volunteer at the medical center. He was a member of the Judaic Union for 55 years, and for four years he served as a dispatcher for the 50th Ward Ambulance Corps. Survivors include his wife, Hor-tense Frank Schepp, a son, Marvin a brother and two grandchildren. Services will be held at 2 p.m. at Levine Son Memorial Chapels, 7112 N.

Broad St. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park. Andrew J. Burke Andrew J. Burke, 71, a retired Frankford Arsenal employe, died suddenly Saturday while being driven from his South Frazier Street home to Misericordia Hospital.

Mr. Burke was a veteran of World War II, during which he was awarded the Bronze Star. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at the Church of the Most Blessed Sacrament, 5bth Street and Obituaries Jean J. Beasley Jean J. Beasley, 83, who was active in local theater, died Saturday at Osteopathic Hospital, Philadelphia.

She lived on the 1200 block of South 58th Street. Miss Beasley was a veteran of radio drama. She wrote and acted all parts of Silver Theater, a CBS radio program during the '30s. For many years, she was an active member of Plays and Players and gave dramatic presentations at the Plastic Club and the New Century Club here. For many years, she was a guide at historic Christ Church, Second and Market Streets.

She also was a member of the Overbrook Women's Club and was an accomplished watercolor-ist whose work appeared on the cover of Today magazine. She is survived by several cousins. Services will be held at Christ Church at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday. Burial will be in Fernwood Cemetery, Bala Cynwyd.

Ernest W. Greenfield Ernest W. Greenfield, 64, the president of an advertising agency that bears his name, died Saturday at Abington Memorial Hospital. He lived in the Foxcroft Square Apartments, Jenkintown. Mr.

Greenfield's agency was headquartered in the Benson East Apartments in Jenkintown. In 14, he was cited by Advertising Age, the trade publication, for his qualifications as a "versatile adman." Mr. Greenfield was an accomplished artist. In 1932 he graduated from the Philadelphia College of Art. He started his career as a medical illustrator and in 1946 opened his own agency.

Surviving are his wife, the former Vivian Tarken; a daughter, Merle Perch; a sister, two brothers, and two grandchildren. Services will be held at noon Monday at Joseph Levine and Son Memorial Chapel, 7112 N. Broad St. Entombment will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park Mausoleum. Sonia Ulitsky Sonia Ulitsky, 93, a retired delicatessen owner, died Saturday at her home in the School Lane House Deaths elsewhere Clarence Cleveland Dill, 93, a former Democratic senator from Washington, died Saturday in Spokane.

In 1933, as chairman of the Senate Commerce Committee, Mr. Dill helped to draft the Federal Communications which regulates the use of the nation's airwaves. He also was an early supporter of the construction of the Grand Coulee Dam. William V. O'Regan, 77, a retired naval vice admiral, died Friday in Palo Alto, Calif.

Smith, 83, who owned the Wagner Ballroom at Broad Street, above Olney, died Saturday at the Township Line Manor Nursing Home, Elkins Park. She had previously resided at 135 S. 18th St. Mrs. Smith, the former Elsie Wagner, operated the ballroom before turning it over to her son.

It closed in 1970 after 77 years of operation. She was a lifelong member of the Dancing Masters of America, and was a member of the former Penn Athletic Club and the Whitemarsh Valley Country Club. She was the widow of J. Earl Smith. Surviving are a son, Joseph two daughters, Anna Jeanne Burns and Eleanor Mclvor; 12 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Holy Angels Roman Catholic Church, 70th Avenue and York Road. Burial will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Cheltenham. Sister Miriam Louise Sister Miriam Louise, 68, the former Regina McCarty, sister servant of the Immaculate Heart of Mary for 47 years, died Saturday at University of Pennsylvania Hospital. During her years as a religious teacher, she taught in the Dioceses of Philadelphia and Harrisburg.

For the past 13 years, she taught at St. Pius Tenth School, Bryn Mawr. Previously, she taught at St. Agatha and at St. Francis de Sales school.

She is survived by two sisters, Catherine Lawhorn and Helen Hau-they. A Mass of the Resurrection will be offered at 10 a.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Camilla Hall, Immaeulata.
