"Breaking the Surface: The Greg Louganis Story" (9 p.m.-ll p.m., USA) Louganis, a four-time Olympic champion, has led a fascinating life, one that would make a good movie. Unfortunately, this Isn't it. Mario Lopez, of "Saved by the Bell" fame, does a nice job as Louganis, who overcame the twin pressures of hiding his homosexuality and putting up with an arrogant, domineering father to become a world-class diver.

His main problem seems to be a total lack of luck with men, from his dad to his lover, who raped him and then tried to blackmail him for more money.
