(Adv.) Marie Riddle The funeral for Mrs. Marie M. Barnes Riddle, 84, RR 1 McLoulh, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in the Davis Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Easton Cemetery.

Mrs. Riddle died unexpectedly Wednesday at her home. She was born July 15, 1891, at Cedargap, and was a daughter of George and Pheba Barnes. She was a member of the Methodist Church. She was married Sept.

1908, at Reynolds, to R. C. Riddle. He died July 30,1949. For your Survivors include two in the daughters, Mr Har- weekend wood, Hamilton, and and meat Mrs.

Lula Mitchell, Denver, steak also three sons, Manual Riddle, Easton, and Ralph Riddle and Sydney Riddle, both of RR McLouth; 27 grandchildren, 44 great- grandchildren and five great- great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by three children, Lucy, Louise and Lenn. Friends may call at the chapel. Harry McComas The funeral for Harry J. McComas, 84,824 Cherokee, will be at 10 a.m.

Friday in Belden- Sexlon-Sumpter Funeral Chapel, Fifth and Oak. Burial will be in Mt. Muncie Cemetery. Mr. McComas, a lifelong resident of Leavenworth, died Wednesday in St.

John Hospital. He was born Jan. 14, 1892, in Leavenworth County. He had farmed many years and later worked for the Abernathy Furniture Co. He retired from the Kramer Foundry in 1957.

His wife, Frances, died in 1960. Survivors include a son, Harry L. McComas, Shawnee, ana five grandchildren. scholarship fund in his name has been established for the University of Wisconsin- Whitewater Foundation. David Reynolds McLOUTH The funeral for David Thomas Reynolds, 63, RR 1 McLouth, was this afternoon in the Reformed Presbyterian Church, Winchester.

Burial was in the Reformed Presbyterian Cemetery, Winchester. Mr. Reynolds was dead on arrival Monday at Jefferson County Memorial Hospital, Winchester. He was stricken while working in a field at his home northwest of McLouth. He apparently suffered a heart attack.

He was born July 17, 1912, at Winchester and spent his life in the Winchester and McLouth communities. He was employed by the CFCA fertilizer plant at Lawrence 20 years before he retired in January 1975. He also was a farmer. He was married to Agnes Mary Kramer, Oct. 11, 1934, at Hastings, Neb.

She died Nov. 24, 1969. Survivors include six sons, Robert John Reynolds, Minot, N. Richard Reynolds, Shawnee, Allen Reynolds, Kansas City, Charles Reynolds of the home, Donald Kesinger, McLouth, and William Kesinger, Atchison; four daughters, Mrs. Juanita Wiley, Grain Valley, Mrs.

Susan Voelker, Valley Falls, and Mrs. Sarah Baker and Wilma Reynolds, both of the home; two sisters, Mrs. Allene Reynolds, Rochester, and Mrs. Lillian Carroll, Los Angeles, 29 grandchildren and six great- grandchildren. Memorial contributions may be made to the Capper Foundation for Crippled Children, Topeka, or the Kansas Heart Association.

Dr. Graham had been a member of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater faculty since 1955. He was spending the summer in England. At the university he had served as dean of the school of graduate studies, chairman of the departmenl of social studies and a member and chairman of (he faculty senate. He was born Dec.

13, 1917, al Lansing, Ihe son of Frank L. and Bertha Graham. He graduated from Lansing High School in" 1935. He graduated from Pittsburg Stale College and received his doctorate degree from the University of Iowa. He is lisled in Who's Who in American and at Whitewater originated the graduate course in "great ideas in the western world." He was a professor of history and representative of the College of Letters and Science, specializing in American intellectual history.

Dr. Graham had taught a class for residents of Fairhaven Senior Citizens Home in recent years in addition to his regular (class schedule. His wife. Allene Graham, 1246 W. Melrose, Whitewater, 53190, formerly of Leavenworlh, survivies.

The program is now in its second year, funded by general revenue sharing funds. This year 312 reapplications and 101 new applicants were accepted by the city during June. To qualify, a resident had to be 62 or older, and have an annual income of $5,000 or less. The average annual income of participants is $3,161.30.
