THOMAS, Ontario, Jan. 5 (AP). Mitchell F. Hepburn, who gave Ontario Province eight turbulent years as its unpredictable premier, died of a heart attack today. He was 56.

A showman in politics, Hepburn was elected to the Federal House of Commons in 1923 as its youngest member when he was less than 30. He took command of the Ontario Government as Liberal Party premier in 1934 at the age of 37. Int. Hcly Sepulchre Cem. Friends Invited Tuesday evening.

Samuel Eglick, a medical practitioner for more than 39 years, died Saturday at the Hotel Traymore in Atlantic City, while on a vacation. He was 61. Dr. Eglick, who lived at the Parkway House, maintained an office for many years at 402 Green st. He was a graduate of the old Medico-Chirurgical College, following graduation from the old Central Manual Training School.

Dr. Eglick is survived by his wife, the former Anna Goldberg; a son. Dr. iPaul Eglick; a daughter, Mrs. Meyer Haisfleld; three sisters, Mrs.

Beatrice Ginsburg, Mrs. Florence Ruben and Mrs. Sadie Gudis. Dr. Eglick was a member of the any Lutheran Church.
