Damages of $2,568 are being sought in district court by Clifton Hildabrand and Velma Lee Hildabrand of Hunter, Tff. C. Arthur of lola as the; defendant. Hildabrand and Arthur were drivers of cars involved in a highway accident a short distance east of Xa Harpe last Oct. 27.

Both were headed east, and Hildabrand's petition alleges that Arthur was careless and negligent in making a left turn into a private driveway. He seeks $493.02 for damages resulting to his and Velma- Lee Hildabrand asks for personal injuries and hospital expense.
