Day Camp Opens With Bumper Crop Of Scouts Sandusky Girl Scout Day weather and a bumper crop nf Camp opened with excellent day campers at the first session. In keeping with the international theme, units were named after various countries. Camp council representatives are: Unit 1, Switzerland, Shelley Spiggle and Sandra Schlicht, Unit 2, England, Karen Skelton and Dolores Miller, Unit 3, Germany, Linda Mischler and Debbie Cole, Unit 4, Mexico Cynthia Glorioso and Debbie Whitcomb; Unit 5, India Nancy Pclerman and Virginia Church well: Unit fi. France, Deborah Raaskc and Karen Novotne; Unit 7, South Africa, Debbie Thorp and Jennie Ashburn; Unit 8, Spain, Cindy Piatt and Vicki Collings; Unit 9, Japan, Debbie Lichtle and Tamara Wagner; Unit 10, China, Frances Schweinfurth and Susan Brenner and Unit 11, Italy with Janet Marshall and Joanne Zanotti as Camp Council. Some of the council's plans included a scavenger hunt by units, a story telling period to be given by Mrs.

Wednesday night is overnight camping night for the older girls and program aides with a big cam'pfire. First Aid is being offered to the various age levels by the camp nurse, Mrs. Milton Zerbe.
