Leicham et defendants. In the Circuit Court of Newton County, Missouri. In vacation June 27, 1922. To the October Term, 1922. The State of Missouri to the above I named defendant, T.

J. Leicham, Now at this day comes the Plaintiff in the above entitled cause, by attor- ney Leo H. Johnson, before the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Newton County, Missouri, in vaca- tion, and files its petition and affidavit, stating among other things I that the defendant, T. J. Leicham, is a non-resident of the state of Missouri, and cannot be seiyed with the ordinary process of law in this state.

It is by-said- Clerk, in vacation, that publication be made, 'notifying the said defendant that suit has been commenced against him in the Circuit Court of Newton County, Missouri, the object and general nature of which is to obtain judgment against him upon promisory note described injthe first count of plaintiff's petition, for the sunfof $570.02 inclusive of principal, interest and attorney fees, and for an equal amount in the second count for principal, interest and attorney fees, due upon another promisory note, and that his property is about to be attached to satisfy the same and that unless you, the said defendant, be and appear at the next term of said Court to commence and be holden at the Court House in Neosho, in said County, on the second Monday in October (9th inst.) 1922, and on or before the first day of said term, answer or demur to the Plaintiff's pe- NOTICE FFINAL SETTLEMENT.
