Regulation. UK. LEATTOR DIES I IV Tl HOSPITAL William Leslie Leattor, prominent Bucks county banker, died yesterday while being taken in an ambulance from his heme in Riegelsville to Abington Hospital after a heart attack. He was 45. Mr.

Leattor had been president of the Riegelsville National Bank since 1933 and was a former president of the Bucks County Bankers Association. Prior to taking charge of the Riegelsville Bank he was associated with the Lambert ville, N. National Bank. He took an active part in civic affairs in Riegelsville, having served both as burgess and as a member of council. He was a native of McVey-town, near Pittsburgh, and a veteran of the first World War.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Leonora Leattor: his father, Dr J. Leattor, Doylestown dentist; and a brother, George R. Leattor, also of Doylestown. Louis N.

Haldt Louis N. Haldt, sales manager of James M. Mclntyre and coal dealers with offices in the Commercial Trust Building, died suddenly Wednesday in Memorial Hospital, Morristown, N. J. Mr.

Haldt, who lived at Vernon lane, Moylan, had been" actively 'associated with the Mclntyre firm and the Commercial Coal Mining Co. of Philadelphia for 40 years. A veteran of the first World War, he served In France with the U. S. Navy destroyer forces.

Twitmyer, director of the psychological laboratory of the University of Pennsylvania and one of the coun try's outstanding psy-c hologi sts, died at 3 P. M. yesterday in Deliware County Hospital after a brief illness. He was 69. Dr.

Twitmyer, who served as an adviser to The Inquirer Rumor Clinic, was known as a national authority in the diagnosis and correction of DR. TWITMYER speech defects and personality problems. HEADED SPEECH CLINIC In addition to heading the psychological laboratory at the University of Pennsylvania, he was professor of psychology and chief of the corrective speech clinic there. Dr. Twitmyer, who lived at 900 South Secane, was a native of i McElhattan, Pa.

Graduated from Lafayette College with the degree of bachelor of philosophy in 1896, he received a master of arts degree from that school the following year; the degree of doctor of philosophy from the University of Pennsylvania in 1902, and an honorary doctor of laws degree from Lafayette in 1933. TAUGHT, FOR 46 YEARS Dr. Twitmyer began 46 years of continuous service on the University of Pennsylvania faculty in 1897. In addition to teaching and administrative work, he lectured widely and contributed many articles on clinical psychology to technical and professional publications. A member of many professional associations, he was a trustee of the Pennsylvania School for the Deaf and of the Delaware County Hospital, and a former trustee for the State School for the Feeble-minded.

Surviving are his wife; a son, Dr. Edward M. Twitmyer, director of personnel at Girard College, and a daughter, Mrs. Frank J. Davies, of Lansdowne.

Frank A. Nichols Funeral services for Frank A. Nichols, an attache of the sheriff's office, will be held from 235 Dickinson st. tomorrow afternoon at 2 P. M.

Mr. Nichols died Tuesday in Philadelphia General Hospital after an illness of four weeks. He was 74. Mr. Nichols was chairman of the executive committee of the First Ward Republican Club, and was active in political circles for 50 years.

for George McMillan, retired Navy Yard machinist and Spanish-American War veteran, who died Monday at his home, 5422 Addison st. He was 72. Mr. McMillan, who served in the Navy for 14 years, received four decorations for service on the U.S.S. Terror during the war.

He was a member of the United Spanish War Veterans. Surviving are his wife, Cassie; a daughter, Mrs. Florence C. Wright', and two grandchildren. Burial will be in Philadelphia Memorial Park.

Miss Reba Livingston Miss Reba Livingston, a member of the women's auxiliary of Clair Post, American Legion, died Tuesday at her home, 1508 Widener place. She was a sister of Samuel B. Livingston, a former commander of the post, and was active in affairs of the organization.
