The case of John Brady, polloeiunn, who was un on a charge of playing at cards in Oliver's saloon on tho Sth day of September, 1SCS, aud by false aud fraudulent means winning certain monies at the time from the parties whom he was playing, was dismissed, there being no witnesses present to substantiate the charge.
