That the Mayor be and is hereby authorized to enter into a lease with the aforesaid Welfare Fund, Medical Division. Department of Public Safety, for the property known as the Roxborough Poor Farm, situate at Henry avenue and Clnna-minson street, containing about seventeen acres of land, with the buildings thereon erected, for a term of one year, with the privilege of renewal from year to year, at the nominal rental of one (1) dollar per year, to be used as a hospital and sanitarium for its members. The said lease to be in form satisfactory to the City Solicitor, and to contain a provision that the lease may be terminated by the City at any time upon ninety days' notice if. In the judgment of the Mayor, such termination is necessary. Approved the 10th day of July, A.
