Barrett, age 67 of Sartell who passed away on Monday, March 28, 2016 at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Home in Sauk Rapids.

Reverend Timothy Baltes will ciate. Private interment will take place at a later date. Family and friends may call from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Thursday and after 10:00 a.m.

on Friday at the St. Francis Xavier Parish Gathering Space in Sartell. Parish prayers will be 4:00 p.m. Thursday at the Gathering Space in Sartell. Arrangements were made by the Daniel Funeral Home, Sartell.

Elaine was born April 13, 1948 in Avon, Minnesota to Emmanuel and Alma (Rudnicki) Pierskalla. She married Jerry Barrett on September 26, 1970 at St. Columbkille Catholic Church in St. Wendel. Elaine was employed as a transcriber by the St.

Cloud Hospital and later by Sartell-St. Stephen School District as a bus driver for 20 years, retiring in 1995. She was Cub Scout and Boy Scout Den Mother and a member of St. Francis Xavier Parish. She enjoyed, deer hunting, boating, gardening, snowmobiling, sketching and camping.

Survivors include her husband, Jerry; children, Eric (Victoria) of Sartell, Jason (Sarah) of Mendota Heights, Molly Emslander of Sartell; ve grandchildren, Mikayla, Caleb, Joe, Lizzy and Sophia; two sisters, Char Mick of Rockville and Sharon Kostreba of St. Wendel. Elaine was preceded in death by her parents; brother, David; sisters, Evelyn Pierskalla and Aggie Traut. Memorials are preferred in lieu of owers. Elaine A.

Lochner, 59, of Sauk Rapids, who died March 28, 2016, at his home surrounded by his family after a courageous 3-year battle with bladder cancer. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Thursday at Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home in Sauk Rapids and one hour prior to the services Friday at the church. Parish prayers will be 7:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Paul was born on April 1, 1956, to Charles and Anna (Wilkes) Lochner. He was raised on the family farm in Pierz, MN. On September 3, 1977, Paul married Janice (Jan) Korman, in St. Cloud, MN, where they lived until they relocated to Sauk Rapids in 1987. Paul was a bricklayer for 35 years.

He loved his trade and took great passion in his craft. Paul loved the outdoors hunting, shing and snowmobiling. He was the ultimate handyman and spent a lot of time doing odd jobs for his family and friends, working on vehicles and caring for his yard. He was also an avid sports fan cheering for his kids and following the MN sports scene. Most of all, Paul loved spending time with his family and friends.

Together, they enjoyed boating, playing cards, throwing bean bags, attending sporting events and making each other laugh. Paul was happiest when he was with his ve grandchildren. They loved their papa beyond measure and will miss him dearly. Paul will be remembered for his dedication to his faith, his hard work ethic and his zest for life. Paul is survived by his wife of 38 years, Jan of Sauk Rapids; son, Scott (Brittany) of Rogers; daughter, Melissa (Ryan) Holte of Rogers; son, Justin of Plymouth; parents, Charles and Anna of Pierz; siblings, David (Jeanne) of Roseville, Gerald (Lynda) of Little Falls, Robert (Cindy) of Buckman, Kevin (Linda) of Maple Grove, Mary Moser of Pierz, Carol of Pierz, Steven (Kris) of Pierz, Susan (Kevin) Wilson of Cleveland, TN; grandchildren, Hudson, Harper and Emerson, Owen and Elise Holte; many nieces and nephews; and his beloved pup, Buster.

Ermalinda Mary Van Beck was born March 8, 1923 in rural Greenwald, Minnesota to Albert and Mary (Kolb) Van Beck. Erma went to grade school in Greenwald and graduated from Melrose High School.

After school she helped her brothers on the farm and worked at the Melrose Hospital. She married Leonard Walz on June 14, 1948 at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Melrose. Together they raised their 3 children in Melrose. Erma did bookwork for Skelley Station while Erv owned and operated it.

After death she worked in the cafeteria at the Melrose High school from 1981 until 1998. Erma enjoyed playing cards, bingo, dancing, her morning co ee and walking group, and especially her grandchildren and great- granddaughter. She was member of St. Catholic Church, Catholic Order of Foresters, St. Elizabeth Society, Christian Mothers, and Schanhaar-Otte VFW Post 7050 Auxiliary.

Survivors include her children, Gary (Mary Lou) of Melrose, Chuck (Sue) of Melrose, and Steven Walz of Melrose; brothers and sister, Adam Van Beck of Melrose, Katherine Gruber of Melrose, and Reuben (Arlene) Van Beck of Coldspring; grandchildren, Erica Walz of Monticello, Adam Walz of Fargo, ND, and Andrew (Jill) Walz of Eagan; and great-grandchild, Liliana Erma Walz-Seviour. 7, 1922 in Sauk Rapids to Gilmore Minnie (Stark) Secord. She married Gordon Wipper on Jan. 12, 1946 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Clear Lake. Elaine was a homemaker and farmed with her husband in rural Sherburne County. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Clear Lake where she was a member of the Ladies Aid.

Elaine enjoyed gardening, sewing, and volunteering at Head Start. She was a feisty, determined person. Survivors include her daughter, Marlys (Allen) Spiczka of St. Cloud; six grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren. Elaine was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Gordon; son, Ronald; daughter, Jean; and brothers, Arnold, Virgil, Darrell Secord.
