HELEN (PALMER) VOIGT, 90. inf 17 Cobble Rd. in NOTICES 215 the Whitridge Nursing Wing of Noble Horizons, a retirement community after a long illness. Born in Amsterdam, NY she was the daughter of Clarence M. and Carolyn W.

Palmer. She lived in Amsterdam until 1940 when she married Walter H. Voigt and moved to Baltimore, MD. For many years she owned and operated THE SHOPPER a second-hand clothing store in Towson, MD. In 1976, the Voigts moved to Northwestern Connecticut.

Mr. Voigt died in 1983. Mrs. Voigt was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution for 60 years and was also a member of the National Society of Colonial Dames XVII Century as well as the Huguenot Society. She was an Episcopalian.

Survivors include a daughter Coco Voigt McCoy of Housatonic, MA; two sons Donald K. Isburgh of Amsterdam, NY and Peter V. Isburgh of Albuquerue, NM; eight grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family and burial will be in the Catskill (NY) Rural Cemetery. A memorial service was held on Tuesday at St.
