water revenue bond financing became further snarled Wednesday when the city commission rescinded its agreement with 12' reclamation bureau for a survey to determine feasibility of the project The rescinding action was made on motion of Commissioner Saunders head of the city water department -until we know that the bureau of reclamation is interested in the Caussey springs and Magpie dam portions of the proposed divelopment program" Presidential approval of the project application for federal aid was certain until word was received from the national resources planning board that as a result of adverse criticism of the project by Ora Bundy director of the Utah state water resources development board the director of the bureau of the budget had declined to approve the application for federal funds Wednesday Commissioner Saunders informed the city commission he had received 'word that the breau of reclamation which Wag to have made a survey the project's feasibility with' the city paying half the cost now not include the Caussey creek and Magpie dam section a in its report Childs 52 of 1166 Twenty-eighth street manual training teacher at Ogden high school died in an Ogden a member of the church and was a high priest in the Mt Ogden stake Surviving him are his widow: a son Orb Childs instructor in the theology department at Weber college a brother Bert Childs of affairs died Wednesday at 11:10 a rn at his home 601 East First North street A resident of Sandy for 27 years Mr McKean had been operator of McKean service station 20 years He was formerly a member of
