RIDGE PIKE: Lower Providence Township. Closed to through traffic between Eagleville and Evans-burg Roads through August for reconstruction and drainage improvements. RIDGE PIKE: Collegeville. Closed to through traffic between Route 29 and Route 113 for about a month for rebuilding. Detours are posted.

would take about 40 minutes. Buses from West Chester will leave 15 to 20 minutes ahead of scheduled train times in the morning and early afternoon to make connections with trains at Elwyn. In the afternoon, the shuttle bus for the 4:20 p.m. train from West Chester will leave at 4:14 p.m. The buses replacing the two other evening trains from West Chester will operate on scheduled train times, SEPTA said.

Schedules for the shuttle buses are available at the three Center City regional commuter stations. Because of bridge and road restrictions, SEPTA said it could not directly serve four stations on the route and had established alternate stops for the shuttle buses. The stations and the alternate stops are: Cheyney Station Thornton and Creek Roads or Creek and Station Roads. Wawa Station Baltimore Pike and Wawa Road. Lenni Station Lenni and Pen-nell Roads.

Closed through December for bridge replacement. NUTT ROAD: Phoenixville. Through June, traffic will be detoured from Nutt Road between Ros-siter Avenue and Route 113 because of reconstruction. Traffic also is restricted between Main Street and Route 113. Detours are posted.

Closed from Route 73 southbound to High Street for about a year while crews build a new section of Route 90 between Routes 73 and 130. WARNER ROAD: Springfield Township. Closed while crews replace a bridge over Barkers Brook.

AMOSLAND ROAD: Norwood and Prospect Park. Closed while the bridge over Conrail tracks is replaced. MORTON AVENUE: Rutledge and Morton. Closed to through traffic between Route 420 in Morton and MacOade Boulevard in Rutledge through June while crews replace a culvert over Stony Creek. Traffic is detoured to Route 410 and MacDade Boulevard.

KNOWLTON ROAD: Ashton Township. Road over Chester Creek is closed through July for bridge widening. Traffic will be detoured between Concord Road and Chester Creek Road. Alt Styles in Sizes 7 thru 11, 12 13 IVY RIDGE LINE: Service is halted Indefinitely between Ivy Ridge and Bala Cynwyd Stations because of poor track conditions. The halt means the usual trains will not service the Ivy Ridge, Barmouth and Manayunk Stations.

SEPTA sug- gests that commuters use the Norristown end of the Route R6 line, which stops at Manayunk. In addition, there will be temporary shuttle-bus service between Ivy Ridge and Manayunk Stations on the Norristown Line. SUBWAY-SURFACE TROLLEYS: The five sub- way-surface trolley routes will be diverted to 40th and Market Streets instead of using the subway tunnel today and during late night and early morning hours on weeknights. Routes 10. 11.

13. 34 and 36 will be diverted all day today and between 1 1 p.m. and 5 a.m. weeknights through Saturday for track repairs. Trolleys will connect with the Market-f rankford Line at 40th and Market Streets for trips to and from Center City.

The trolleys will run normally between 5 a.m. and 1 1 p.m. WEST TRENTON LINE: Trains will be delayed for 10 to 15 minutes in both directions through Thursday because of track work. 1-295: Paulsboro. from Jessup Road to Repaupo Road.

Lane closings northbound between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. and southbound from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays through May 1987 for widening and reconstruction.

1-295: Lane closings from 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. between Creek Road in Bellmawr to the area of Route 130 in West Deptford in the soutbound lanes and in the northbound lanes from the West Deptford-Westville line to Big Timer Creek in Westville, for repaving. ROUTE 42: Washington Township. Southbound lane closings between 8 p.m.
