June 2, behind the wheel of his car, which was parked In the ga rage attached to his house. The wife, Beta, had returned from her work at the Admiral plant and found her husband dead. Sheriff deputies were summoned and found the ijpii tion key turned on but the car was not running. Mrs.

Lombardo last saw her husband Tuesday morning, but was not concerned as he often remained in Chicago in connection with his work as a liquor salesman. Neighbors said they saw him as late as 11:30 Wednesday morning, when he picked up mail from the box near his home. The deceosed was born June 9, 1911, in Chicago. Among survivors is his wife. The body was taken from the Justen chapel to the Smith funeral home at 2500 N.

Cicero, Chicago, for arrangements. ANNA Bl'ETOW Sei-vices were held in the funeral home, Woodstock, at 1:30 Saturday for Mrs. Anna M. Buetow, 78. of SU1 W.

Sunset Drive, Wonder Lake Rev. Carl Lobitz of Zion Lutheran church, McHenry. officiated, followed by burial in the church cemetery. Mrs. Rue tow died June 1 in Memoiial hospital, Woodstock.

She was born Aug. 18, 1886, in Chicago, and was married Sept. 27, 1913, to Otto Buetow, who died in 1936. Survivors are a daughter, Mrs. Florence Bell of "Wonder Lake; two sisters, Bertha Weith and Ella Borck of Chicago.

CHARLES JORGENSON Charles K. Jorgenson, 75, of 350H N. Oakdale Road, Johnsburg, died Monday, June 7, in McHenry hospital. Mr. Jorgeinson was born in Chicago April 1, 1890, and was a steamfitter by trade.

He belonged to Local 597, Pipefitters Union. Survivors are his widow, Augusta; two sons, William and MR. AND MRS. TERRENCE MURRAY THOMAS FOKORNr Graveside rites were held Tuesday in Transfiguration cemetery, Wauconda, for Thomas Pokorny mf antL son of Robert and Catherine Pokorny of Wauconda; formerly of Island Lake The baby, who was born Saturday of last week in Condell Memorial hospital, Lfbertyville, died Sunday, June 6. Besides the parents, the baby is survived by a brother and three sisters.

A brother, Charles, was killed during the Palm Sunday tornado which struck Island Lake. CHARLOTTE CARLISI Mrs. Charlotte Carlisi, 74, who made her home with a daughter, Mrs. Antoinette Di-Maggio, at 5510 Cleveland Avenue, West Shore Reach, for eighteen months, died early Tuesday, June 8. in McHenry hospital.

She had been confined there for only a few hours. Mrs. Carlisi was born in Italy Nov. 5. 1890.

Mrs. John Neuharth was ta ken to McHenry hospital early Tuesday morning, and her condition has been described by the family as serious. Richmond Road, who died Sunday evening, June 6, in Memorial Hospital, Woodstock.

She was 74 years of age. The deceased was bom Oct. 27, 1890, in McHenry. daughter of Mr. and Mrs.

Hubert W'eber. Mrs. Simon was a member of the Woman's Catholic Order of Foresters, Riverview Camp, R.N. the Catholic Daughters of America and the Christian Mothers Sodality. She is survived by her husband, Herbert, to whom she was married forty-seven yeai-s ago; seven children, Mrs.

Robert (Kathryn) Wayman of Arlington Heights, Mrs. James (Isabelle) Thompson of McHenry, Mrs. James (Lucille) Wagner of Milton, Mi's. Gerald (Mary I Hettermann of Johnsburg, Mi's. Charles Barbara Hansen of McHtiny.

Mrs. Carl (Margaret) Elshoff of Springfield Joseph of McHenry; twenty-one grandchildren; one great-grandchild: one sister, Mrs. Hilda Powers, of Chicago; and one brother. Nicholas Weber, of McHenry. The body rests at the George R.

Just en Son funeral home until 10 o'clock Thursday, when a Mass will le sung at St. Mary's Catholic church. Burial will be in the church cemetery. JOHN KOI'BEK John Koubek, 88, of 7401 Birch Drive, Wonder Lake, died in his home Sunday, June 6. Mr.

Koubek, born June 28, 1876, in Austria, came to this country in 1910. He was a re tired grocer. His wife, Emily, preceded him in death in 1961. Survivors are his daughter, Mi's. Ar thur Miller, of Wonder Lake; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

The body rested at the George Justen Son funeral home, where Pasitor Thomas Johnson of Nativity Lutheran Church, Wonder Lake, officiated at last rites Wednesday morning at 11 o'clock. Interment was in Chapel Hill Gardens West, Elmhurst. HARVEY H. SMITH Harvey H. Smith, 38, of 1503 W.

Hickory, Holiday Hills, was pronounced dead on arrival at McHenry hospital Saturday, June 5. Death was attributed to a heart ailment. Mr. Smith was born July 17, 1926, in Chicago. He was employed as a welder in an electrical manufacturing company.

Survivors are his wife, Karen; four children, Gregory, Dc-bra. Barbara and Tammy, all at home; a brother, Donald, of Elmwood Park; and his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Herman Smith of Chicago. Services were held at the George R.

Justen Son funeral home at 1 o'clock Tuesday, with Rev. Ernest Carder officiating. Burial was in Ridgewood cemetery, Dos Plaines. JERRY LOMBARDO An inquest is scheduled to be held next Saturday at 11:30 a.m. at the Peter M.

Mary's Catholic church was the setting for. a beautiful wedding on Saturday, June 5, when Miss Adrienne Fontaine, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Slimp of 5815 S. 3faplewood Chicago, became the bride of Mr.

Edward Steadman, son of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Steadman, of 322 S. Sher idan Road, McHenry. Rev.

Fr. Eugene Baumhofer officiated at the 11:30 Mass which united the couple in marriage. Miss Fontaine walked down the aisle, lovely in a silk organza and chantilly lace dress, wjth bustle in back. The dress feaitured long, pointed sleeves adorned with pearls and se quins and a hoop skirt, with train attached. Her veil was hcid in place by a crown of pearls and sequins.

She wore a heart-shaped locket and carried a large bouquet of white carnations. Acting as maid of honor was Lorraine Steadman, sister of the groom, and bridesmaids were Sue Steadman, another sister, and Sharon Fontaine, sister of the bride. Janice Steadman was flower girl and James Steadman act-ed as ring bearer. The adult attendants wore floor length dresses of taffeta, styled with hoop skirts, and huge net umbrella hats in mat ching color. The maid of honor was in pale yellow and carried a cascade of yellow carnations, while the bridesmaids chose aqua and carried white carnations tipped with aqua.

The little flower girl wore a short yellow chiffon dress, full skirt and bustle in back and a yellow bow in her hair. She carried a basket of white carnations. Harold Foss, of McHenry served as best man and groomsmen were John Boyle of McCullom Lake and George Loser of McHenry. Donald Kibbe was usher. The bride's mother wore a beige sheath lace coat, matching accessories and corsage of white carnations.

Mrs. Steadman was attired in a pink suit, white accessories and white rose corsage. A wedding breakfast was served to thirty guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Foss.

Later, 100 friends and relatives gathered at the Chicago Midway House for a reception. After a trip to Niagara Falls and Canada, the couple will reside in Chicago. Dorothy Gibson served her sister as matron of honor. The bride's other sister, Mrs. Lucille Ritter, was bridesmaid. Four-year-old Cathy Kopsell, the bride's niece, was adorable in her role of flower girl. Sheer aqua organza over taffeta street length dresses were chosen by the attendants, which featured boll skirts.

They wore flowers on their heads, with blusher veils, and used matching accessories. The colonial bouquets were carna tions. I he flower girl was dressed in white and carried a basket of flowers. Richard Miller of Oak Park served as best man, groomsman was Neil Campbell of Salem, N. and James Liston of Woodstock served as usher.
