Miss Anna Daust, Miss Anna snstered at Atlantic uuhb were in the barroom on the night ot tha shooting when a masked man came in and "held up" the place in Wild West style. Quinn and Saylor received fatal bullet wounds, while another customer was shot in the leg.

The masked man, it is alleged, was Sabatino DeMasse, who is now in Moya-mensing Prison awaiting trial. Although Compcrto made a statement of the affair and the Commonwealth had but little difficulty in getting first degree verdicts in the two trials which he had, it is expected that DeMasse's conviction will not be so easy.
