United States during the first four months of this year from Cuba the Philippines Porto Rico the Virgin Islands and Hawaii totaled 1898320 short tons raw value without polarization and final out-turn adjustments This quantity was said to have been charged against the 1935 quotas for the areas The total quantity entered was said to represent 426 per cent of the total 44540111ansadmissab1e-trom4hese
