TO REPEAT LECTURE HERE NEXT SUNDAY Ruth van Clark Arranges Speaking Dates so as to Talk at Baptist Church Then. Mrs. Ruth Van Clark, considered one of the best women speakers in the Btate of Iowa, has consented to again address the people of Keokuk on her work, perhaps no speaker so held her audience as did Mrs. Van Clark last evening, when a large number listened to her pleasing and forceful address. At the conclusion of the address she was asked to repeat it Sunday evening at the Baptist church, so after Investigating to leam if her other contracts elsewhere could be postponed, learned that the other places would allow a short postponement, she consented to remain.

Mrs. Van Clark comes from Brltt, Iowa. She has been traveling secretary for juvenile work1 for three years. During this time every year she has been engaged by the Midland chautauqua, and everywhere her message has called for a reappearance. Her addresses have come from a good fund of experience which she received while in Chicago.

There she engaged as a slum settlement worker, so her experiences, many of them have the power of being first hand. She has just come from Montrose where there listened a crowded house to her address. Mrs. Van Clark has lost none of her feminine qualities by her strenuous work, and yet retains a force in her speaking that thrills. Her subject will be Sunday night, at the Baptist church, "The Child of Tomorrow." Mrs.

Van Clark entertained a large number last evening with her address at the Baptist church. She appeared under the auspices of the W. C. T. U.
