Eggs were arriving more freely and price declined lc per dozen under a light demand. Refined sugars were in fair request and arm. Cotton advanced 15 points under stronger outside advices, but trade was quiet. COTTOX There was little trading, but with stronger reports from other markets prices advanced 15 point We quote on a' basis of 10.50c per pound for middling uplands, cash terms. PKOVISIOXS The market ruled steady, but trade was slow and largely of a jobbing character.
