The carnival this season has been streamlined and brings many new attractions and modernistic features. There will be over 20 attractions with the Crafts Shows, including all the popular thrill rides, fun castles, side-shows, freaks, mechanical exhibits and others. Stellar attractions to be seen on the midway are: Glamour girls' revue, Miss Clara Morten- tensen, lady champion wrestler; topsy turvy fun house, arcade of wonders, Miss America of 1941, Village of Borneo, dude ranch entertainers, athletic stadium, monkey circus and trained animals. Some of the mechanical thrill rides are the new aerial bomber planes, flying scooter boats, mechanical octopus, whip, rolo planes, tilt o-whip, auto skooter cars, fly-o-planes, giant fer- ris wheel and streamlined merry-go- round.

There Is also a playground and many miniature attractions will be found there for the youngsters. The Crafts Shows will exhibit in Bakersfield for one week only and all attractions will be open each evening at 7 o'clock and run continuously until midnight each evening.
