Newell will represent East Alton, Pranels Manning will represent Wood River, L. H. Holland will be Roxarm's delegate. The other half of the committee, in accordance with decision reached by the Joint already appointed from the three communities, will bo chosen by the Boards of Trustees at East Alton and Roxana, and the City Council ol Wood River as soon as possible. The first meeting of the larger Joint committee was held at the Wood Blver City Hall Friday night.
