Burton Cooper returned from an Alaskan junket with what may well be the hunting story of the year. Cooper came home limping on a swollen and discolored right ankle.

He said he was hit in the ankle by a frightened salmon. It happened when he and hit, guide stumbled into a bed of thous- ands 'of spawning salmon in a stream on Baranof Island while bear hunting. One salmon struck his ankle as the fish darted away from the intruders. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that notice be given of said hearing by posting a copy of this order al the place designated by the Board of County Commissioners of Davison County, South Dakota, as the place for posting legal notices in said county at least Ten (10) days prior to the date of said hearing and also by publishing this order in The Daily Republic, daily newspaper printed and published in Davison County, South Dakota once a week for Three (3) successive weeks prior to said hearing and by mailing a copy of this order to all persons interested in the estate as heirs, devisees, and legatees at the addresses as given in the petition herein; said mailing to made at least Ten (10) days before the time appointed for hearing said matter.
