bal Monday. Oct. 29, 1979 Philadelphia Inquirer Obituaries Michael Grady detective Michael J. Grady 53, operator of a detective agency, died Saturday at Methodist Hospital in Philadelphia. Mr.

Grady, who lived at 118 Canterbury Dr. in Wallingford, founded the Grady Detective Agency 26 years ago. The company has two offices, in Lester, Delaware County, and at 2700 Delaware Philadelphia. Mr. Grady, who served in the Air Force during World War II, was the security director for the Philadelphia Marine Trade Association, and a member of the Southeastern Penn- sylvania Police Chiefs Association and the Philadelphia Maritime Society.

He is survived by his Linda Turner Grady, a son, Michael J. Grady 3d; a daughter, Mary Ellen Garvin; his father, Michael J. Grady a sister and two grandchildren. A Mass of Christian burial will be offered at 8.p.m. Monday at St.

John Chrysostom Church on South Providence Road in Wallingford. Burial will be Tuesday at Holy Cross Cemetery, Yeadon. Dena Weber, led Jewish groups Dena E. Weber, 93, active in Jewish community and education groups, died Saturday at Fitzgerald Mercy Hospital in Darby Township. She lived in the Valley Forge Towers Apartments in King of Prussia.

She became a member of the Federation of Jewish Agencies in 1919 and helped that organization merge with the Allied Jewish Appeal. She was the original secretary the Philadelphia Chapter of Hadassah and remained a board member all her life. She was a board member of both tire Jewish Education for the Allied Jewish Appeal and the Har Zion Sisterhood. She was a member of the National Council of Joint Distribution Committees of the Federation of Jewish Agencies, B'nai Brith for Women, Mizrachie women's group and the Tecknon Society. She is survived by a daughter, Ruth W.

Dong Louie Bessie Halbkram Sing Dong Louie, 71, a retired restaurant proprietor, died Thursday at the Town Court Nursing Center at 1526 Lombard St. Mr. Louie was born in Canton, China, and had resided in Camden. He was known in the United States as Harry Louie. He is survived by his wife, Gee Louie: a son, Yue Kong Louie; a daughter, Jean Marie Lau; and two grandsons.

Funeral services will be at noon Tuesday at the Holy Redeemer Catholie Church at Ninth and Vine Streets. Burial will be at Hillside Cemetery in Jennie M. Glenn "ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. Jennie M.

Glenn, 77, a former Philadelphia resident who has lived in Florida for the past 15 years, died here Wednesday. She survived by her husband, Henry J. Glenn, two daughters, four sons and 16 grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Monday at the Church of the Transfiguration in St.

Petersburg. Interment will be at Woodlawn Memory Gardens, also in St. Petersburg. Bessie Halbkram, 89, a retail executive for the former Blum Store for more than 40 years before her retirement, died Saturday at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. She lived at 2601 Benjamin Franklin Parkway.
