WHIIREAS, the Southwestern Electric Light Jfc Water Power Company, a Corporation, did by its certain deed of trust dated the day of AuguBt, 1S90, recorded in the County of Newton, on September 22nd, 1890, in Book of Mortgages, at Page 17S, and further recorded in the County of Jasper, Missouri, on the 27th day of September, 1890.

KANSAS TEXAS TRUST COMPANY, Trustee, the hereinafter described electric light plant and property, situate in Newton and Jasper Counties, Missouri, in trust, however, to secure the payment of bonds numbered from 1 to 200, both inclusive, each of the denomination of One Thousand Dollars and the coupons thereto attached; And WHEREAS, default has bec- made lathe payment of the interest coupuns falling due on the 1st day of June, 1805, and such default continuing for more than six months prior to this date, whereby upon the request of the owners of a majority of said bonds, the whole of said -bonds, both principal and interest, have become due and payable. NOW, THEREFORE, public notice is hereby given that the undersigned trustee, by virtue of the powers in it vested in and by said deed of trust, and at the request of the legal holders and owners of a majority of said bonds and coupons, will, in accordance with the terms of said deed of on Friday, the 17fh lay of April, A. D. 1896, between the hours of 9 o'clock in the forenoon and 5 o'clock in the afternoon, at the front door of the Countjfc Court House in Joplin, Missouri, expose for and sell at public vendue for cash, to the highest bidder, to ratably pay off said bonds and coupons and all expenses of executing this trust, so much of the Southwestern EJectric Light Water Power Company's electric light plant, together with all buildings, permanent structures, fixtures, pole lines and shops as are located in Jasper County, Missouri, and all of tne tools, wires, lamps, easements, contracts, choses in action, and personal -property of every kind and description, wherever located and used in connection with said plant and described in said deed of trust, and also all the personal property of whatsoever description.
