tion of Manufacturers Growing Rapidly So rapidly has the business of the National Association of Manufacturers increased at Caracas that its mail Is now the largest received at that point. Upon the request of the American Minister the Postmaster-General has arranged to send a special pouch containing tljis mail, thus insuring safety and a prompt delivery. The last mail from Venezuela brought to the National Manufacturers' Association a request for bids for an electric light plant to be established in a lighthouse erected to commemorate the discovery of that country by Columbus. Missed Tneir Morning's Milk For weeks past the customers of William Kalberman, a milk dealer at 213 Richmond street, have been comp a.nlng that the jars of milk which were left on their door steps early in the morning were stolen. The matter was reported to the police and about 6 o'clock yesterday morning Officer Smith, of the Tenth district caught a woman In the alleged act of stealing a jar of milk from the door step ot a house at Germantown avenue and Otter street- She was placed under arrest and when taken to the station house she gave her name as Theresa Connolly, of 900 North Second street.
